Embarked on the journey
Started with just 2 employees, laying the foundation for Shobha Engineers.

Grew steadily
Grew steadily with a minimum of 2 prs minimum, establishing ourselves as a proprietorship.

Initiated and managed operations in a 1000 sq. ft. area at Sipcot, Hosur.

Expanded footprint
Expanded footprint with properties in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh.

Took on significant projects
Installed a 50hp blower and 5 back filters, growing to 6-8 employees.

Executed large-scale projects
Successfully executed large-scale projects in other countries with vendor support and our own strength.

Expanded projects globally
Initiated a second shift and hired additional employees.

Achieved new milestones and surpassed 35 employees.

Current Status
With extensive property holdings and a team of 60 employees, including group managers, operating in a 12000 sq. ft. facility. Managing 1000+ automatic and intermetro prospects, Shobha Engineers continues to thrive.
